Bereavement in the workplace

Creating a supportive work environment isn’t always easy. Colleagues and managers tell us they often don’t know what to say or how to support someone who has been through pregnancy or baby loss.

Our training is designed to help employers feel equipped and confident to provide a supportive work environment and implement an effective pregnancy and baby loss policy.
